I am a jewelry maker and an avid knitter, which together equal a yen to make beautiful, unique, functional stitch markers. I use the same techniques, tools and high quality materials to make my stitch markers as I do to make my jewelry. All of the markers and counters I offer for sale have been carefully designed and handcrafted by me, then perfected and field-tested on my own projects, and on those of my friends and the members of my knitting group. Necessity is truly the mother of invention here.

Inspired by books, pop culture, music, theatre, words, art, and television as well as the natural world, I love what I do. I work in my studio every day with my speakers cranking out good music, podcasts or audiobooks, whose themes and ideas work their way into my pieces.

I'm a graduate of l'Academie des Arts de Montreal, a past member of the San Diego Polymer Clay Guild and a past member of the sadly now-defunct Many Hands Cooperative Craft Gallery, San Diego. Currently, I call Florida home.
